Choose your view! Display a day or month to suit your scheduling needs
Give your customers a better booking experience by customizing the availability view.

We all need to meet, but we don’t all meet the same way. Both customers and bookers have told us that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to displaying availability.
So we’ve introduced new display options letting you show your available times in a month view, or in a day view. And there are more options on the way!
How does it work?
By default, your booking page will be set to the Month view. This is a simple, clean display that allows customers to easily see the weeks ahead at a glance.
If your meetings need to happen "as soon as possible" - or if you're scheduling for an event that only lasts a few days - switch to the Day view instead. Show only your available times, one day at a time.
The day view option will display the next available day in the upcoming month. If you don't have any available times in the next 30 days, it will display a message offering to search the next 30 days for an available time. You can also set a fixed start date for your bookings so it jumps straight to that date.
If you’ve got more than one booking page on your account, you can have a mix of displays depending on the types of meetings they are.
Coming soon: Agenda view, to display available times across multiple days at once.
